My story
Shaped by industry. At home internationally.
I didn't learn to be international – I grew up with it. I lived in Portugal for five years and attended the German School in Lisbon, where my father was a plant manager. That is where I first saw what it means to run a site abroad, and how much it depends on people.
England, Brazil and Costa Rica followed. In Costa Rica I studied in the German–Latin American CALA programme while working at Bayer. For five years I helped build the HR function for Central America and the Caribbean.
At BMW I spent twelve years in five roles, including recruiting for the plant ramp-ups in Brazil and Mexico with around 6,000 hires. At Infineon, as Vice President, I led a global logistics organisation of around 450 people.
For more than 20 years I built, restructured and relocated for large corporations: plants, teams, entire organisations. At some point I asked myself a simple question: if I can do this for a corporation, why not on my own, for other companies? Since 2025 that is exactly what I do – with People · Places · Performance.
I speak five languages and I am the mother of two sons. I work clearly, directly and with respect for people and local cultures.
